Je suis très déçue de la qualité. Premier lavage avant d'être porté, il est ressorti plein de bouloche et le blanc a grisé.

Bonjour Elodie, nous vraiment désolés que le produit ne convienne pas. Le boulochage est aussi souvent créé par les frottements dans le tambour de la machine suite à un chargement trop important ou au mélange avec des produits contenant des matières plus abrasives. L’idéal pour préserver ces matières sensibles est de les laver dans un sac pour les séparer des autres pièces et d’éviter les cycles d’essorage trop intenses. Nous proposons d’ailleurs un guppy bag sur notre site qui permet de préserver les matières sensibles et en plus réduira le largage de microfibre dans les eaux usées. 😉 N'hésitez pas à contacter notre service client qui vous trouvera une solution.
